The event will feature loft and condo developments in downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul and urban areas throughout the metro. Save $5 on advance Passport tickets – just $10 at Caribou Coffee beginning on October 22. Passport tickets can also be purchased at many of the lofts and condos for $15. All loft and condo developments can be toured with one Passport ticket during any of the three weekends. Plus, look for a Caribou Coffee coupon inside each Passport ticket.

Sample fine wine and gourmet cheese at all of the loft and condo locations while enjoying stunning architecture and design trends. While supplies last.
Lofts and condos featured on the tour range from completed units to temporary showcase centers located next to developments currently under construction. Tickets required for anyone age five and older. No bare feet, shoes, strollers or cameras allowed in the lofts/condos.
